Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Process:
- Advance Cancellation: If you cancel at least 4-5 days before the delivery date, you will receive a refund excluding delivery charges.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations less than 24 hours before delivery or after the installation of the PDO device at your location will not be accepted. For more details, please contact Smprk.com. We will provide complete information regarding your request.
Refunds (if applicable):
- Partial Refunds: Our company refunds 70% of the order amount if you request a refund after delivery, provided there is no valid reason for returning the product.
- Product Refunds: Refunds apply only to the product purchased. Service fees charged are non-refundable.
- Combination Purchases: If you paid for both products and services, only the product price will be refunded after approval. Service fees are non-refundable.
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email or phone about the approval or rejection of your refund. If the returned product is physically damaged, no refund will be approved by True WiFi Networks Private Limited.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt (invoice and transaction receipt) or proof of purchase.
If eligible for returns/cancellations, you can raise a request by email, calling us, or emailing us with details about which PDO device you would like to return.
- Online Payments: Refunds will be processed to the same account used for online payments.
- NEFT/RTGS Payments: We will require your bank account number and IFSC code for processing refunds.

How Do I get Wi-Fi
You can download an App Provider's app, get authenticated and open the app. In the vicinity of the public Wi-Fi Hotspot, the app on the mobile phone will show various available networks. You can then choose the Public Wi-Fi network of choice, pay an amount online and use the network till the balance is exhausted.
What are the security condition to be fulfilled by the entities of PM WANI Framework
Following security conditions are defined:
1) PDOA shall make necessary provisions for storage of user data for one year to ensure compliance with legal provisions, as required.
2) The user data privacy will be ensured by App Providers and PDOAs. Complete user data and usage logs will be stored within India.
3) Subject to terms and conditions of the Registration, App Providers, PDOAs and the Central Registry Provider will take all necessary steps to safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of any information about a third party to whom they provide the service.
