Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Process:

  • Advance Cancellation: If you cancel at least 4-5 days before the delivery date, you will receive a refund excluding delivery charges.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations less than 24 hours before delivery or after the installation of the PDO device at your location will not be accepted. For more details, please contact Smprk.com. We will provide complete information regarding your request.

Refunds (if applicable):

  • Partial Refunds: Our company refunds 70% of the order amount if you request a refund after delivery, provided there is no valid reason for returning the product.
  • Product Refunds: Refunds apply only to the product purchased. Service fees charged are non-refundable.
  • Combination Purchases: If you paid for both products and services, only the product price will be refunded after approval. Service fees are non-refundable.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email or phone about the approval or rejection of your refund. If the returned product is physically damaged, no refund will be approved by True WiFi Networks Private Limited.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

To complete your return, we require a receipt (invoice and transaction receipt) or proof of purchase.

If eligible for returns/cancellations, you can raise a request by email, calling us, or emailing us with details about which PDO device you would like to return.

  • Online Payments: Refunds will be processed to the same account used for online payments.
  • NEFT/RTGS Payments: We will require your bank account number and IFSC code for processing refunds.

Smprk Application Privacy Policy:

The Application collects personal information such as the user’s 10-digit mobile number (mandatory) and email address (optional) to provide services.

The Application shares the mobile number and email address with a third party, the Public Data Office Aggregator (PDOA), using secure HTTPS methods to deliver services.

The Application also collects device information, including the device make and model, operating system version, and supported Wi-Fi bands, to enhance user experience and address issues.

User information is stored securely in the application's backend database. Data may be shared with authorized agencies to meet regulatory requirements.

Users have the option to delete their account, and their data will be removed from the application’s backend server. Only data required for regulatory compliance will be retained for a specified period.

The Application is developed by M/s Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT), with a registered office in Delhi (www.cdot.in), and white-labeled for Smprk.com.

The Application provider is responsible for offering services to users through the application.

  • Geo-location for Wi-Fi scanning and MAP services
  • Camera access for QR code scanning

Financial Information Security:

We do NOT save any credit/debit card numbers, net banking IDs/passwords, expiry dates, CVV numbers, or any other details associated with your credit/debit cards or bank accounts.

  • Any updates to our Terms and Conditions will be communicated to the related PDOs or entities participating in the PM WANI scheme through smprk.com. We encourage all partners to stay connected with us for the latest updates. The last update to our T&Cs was on 31/03/2024.
  • The revenue generated for a PDO depends entirely on the number of users who recharge at that PDO location and utilize the internet services, and this may vary monthly.
  • The revenue share between the PDO and PDOA is set at a ratio of 70:20 of the total revenue generated at that PDO as of 31/03/2024.
  • All PDOs are assured that their revenue share percentage will not fall below the agreed percentage at the time of purchasing an Access Point from Smprk.com. For example, if the share was 70% at the time of purchase, it will remain 70% as long as the PDO is partnered with Smprk.com.
  • PDOs joining Smprk.com for the PM WANI business can start with an initial investment (cost of the access point) and will not be charged any monthly maintenance fees (fees for storing user information, stored for 1-2 years) until further notice from the company. Zero maintenance fees apply until the company informs otherwise.
  • Upon notification, monthly maintenance charges will be applied as detailed. For more information, please contact us.
  • For any connectivity or Access Point setup issues, please contact us directly.
  • In case of manufacturing defects in the access point, you must contact the manufacturer directly, providing the invoice as proof. The access points come with a one-year warranty.
  • Smprk.com will never ask for any kind of OTP, so do not share OTPs with anyone.
  • Smprk.com is not responsible for payments made to unknown bank accounts. Please ensure payments are made only to the company's official current account.

Any breach of this Agreement will result in immediate revocation of the license without notice.
